Just now, I was trapped into playing Ka-Glom on my BlackBerry and had to do so for a couple of games before I could put it down and attend to the evening duties. I walked into the living room where my lovely wife was laying on the couch playing Tetris on her cell phone. Balthazar doesn’t have a prayer.
I guess that is the equivalent of other mothers and grandmothers I could name saying things like, “Just wait a minute. I just want to finish this chapter…” Only, one led to others and soon it was hours past whatever time was reasonable. Why do you think we never had regular mealtimes and wouldn/t even consider dinner before 8 PM?
Love,
Mom
